Why do I experience panic?

It varies.  Sometimes panic is spontaneous and other times panic is experienced in known situations.  Each individual is unique as to the reasons panic surface.  The good news is that panic is treatable, even when it is spontaneous.  For known situations, it can be treated much quicker as we are able to dissect what is occurring that brings it on.  From there we devise your methods and the blueprint to stop it.  However, for spontaneous panic, we divert to effective management of the episode so that it passes as quickly as possible.
